Confirm the outage

1. Open our live status page and note the indicator.
2. Try a second network (mobile data) and a private browser window.
3. Check whether the failure hits every model and project or just one.

Fix the local causes

• Hard reload to clear a stale app bundle.
• Disable VPN, proxy and ad blockers for the session.
• Clear cookies and site data for the domain, then sign in again.

During a real outage

Stop resubmitting jobs, note the time and error text, and re-test one short render after the status clears. If credits were consumed by failed jobs, request a correction.
