Higgsfield Not Working Today: How to Check

Two minutes of triage

1. Open the status page and note the current indicator.
2. Hard reload the app (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) to drop a stale front-end bundle.
3. Open Higgsfield in a private window with extensions disabled.
4. Switch networks - mobile hotspot instead of office Wi-Fi - to rule out DNS or firewall filtering.
5. Try one short, low-cost generation instead of your full prompt.

Common non-outage causes

Stale session

If requests fail with authorisation errors, sign out completely and sign back in. Persistent failures point to a login problem.

Blocked assets

Ad blockers, corporate proxies and VPN exit nodes frequently break upload and preview endpoints. Allow-list the domain or disable the blocker for the session.

Queue congestion

During peak hours renders can sit in the queue far longer than usual without being "broken". That behaviour is covered in the generation failure fix.
