Cannot log in to your Higgsfield account

Work through these in order

1. Confirm sign-in is not down on the status page.
2. Try every sign-in method you may have used - email, Google, Apple - to find the real account.
3. Reset the password instead of guessing, and use only the newest reset email.
4. Clear cookies and site data for the domain, then sign in again.
5. Disable privacy extensions and allow cookies for the sign-in flow.
6. Correct a wrong system clock, which silently invalidates session tokens.

Locked out of a paid plan

Renewals continue while you are locked out, so resolve access quickly and keep invoice IDs in case you need a refund.
