Higgsfield Video Generation Stuck or Failing

Jobs that hang at 0%, fail at the last second, or return an error with no output file.

Updated 13/08/2026

Rule out a platform incident

If every job fails at once, check the status page before changing anything. Full details in the down checklist.

Stuck in queue

Queued is not failed. During peak demand a render can sit for many minutes. Leave the tab open, avoid resubmitting, and do not close the session mid-render - a cancelled client request can orphan the job.

Failing part-way through

  • Input media: use standard MP4/H.264 or JPEG/PNG, keep source clips short, and stay inside the documented resolution limits. Unusual codecs and HDR sources are a frequent silent failure.
  • Prompt moderation: content that trips safety filters fails late with a generic error. Rephrase and remove named public figures or restricted themes.
  • Credits: a balance that runs out mid-job stops the render. Check your balance before long generations.
  • Network: uploads over unstable Wi-Fi produce truncated files that fail at the render step, not the upload step.

Clean retry sequence

  1. Hard reload, then re-run one short, simple prompt with default settings.
  2. If that works, reintroduce your settings one at a time to find the trigger.
  3. If it fails, try a different model or aspect ratio to isolate the fault.
