Cancel from account settings

1. Sign in and open your account or billing settings.
2. Open the subscription or plan section.
3. Choose to cancel, then complete every confirmation step until the page shows a cancellation date.
4. Look for a confirmation email and keep it.

If no cancellation date appears, the cancellation did not register - repeat it in a private window with extensions disabled.

What happens to access and credits

Cancelling normally stops the next renewal rather than ending access immediately, so you keep the paid period you already bought. Unused credits usually expire with the billing period, so spend them before the end date.

Cancelled but charged anyway

Two things cause this: the cancellation never completed, or you cancelled on a different account than the one being billed. Check both, then follow the unexpected charge fix with your invoice ID.

If you cannot reach settings

You cannot cancel what you cannot sign into. Restore access first via the login fix, and confirm the platform is not mid-incident on the status page.
